The LUTZE Group and the ZILLER Group have decided to combine their service and sales locations in the Westerwald region, as well as in Mannheim and the Lower Rhine area.
For this purpose, the partners are founding a joint venture.
The LUTZE Group is contributing the Mannheim and Mündersbach branches to the new company.
NILOS has already been successfully operating the Westerwald, Mannheim and Lower Rhine branches for many years. Through the consolidation, the customers of both groups of companies above all are benefiting and they can hence fall back on the joint service capacities and the complementary product portfolios of the LUTZE and NILOS Groups.
The merging of activities will come into effect as of 1st October 2017.
The LUTZE Group is a medium-sized group of companies which, with more than 30 service locations in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden, assists operators and manufacturers of conveyor systems and bulk materials plants in the most varied industrial fields as service providers and partners with products and services from the area of materials handling technology and wear protection. The LUTZE Group, with its registered office in Einbeck, has been successfully active in the market for over 60 years in the fields of materials handling and wear protection technology.
NILOS GmbH & Co. KG, a family-owned company with its registered office in Hilden, has been characterized by the development of high-quality and innovative products in the area of conveyor belt equipment since 1926. Numerous joint ventures, affiliated companies, branches and franchise partners in all the important regions of the world with industry-leaders in conveyor belts complete the global, close-meshed network of NILOS. The product range is supplemented by tools and machines via vulcanizing presses as far as the planning and commissioning of turnkey plants. Moreover, products for hot/cold vulcanization, servicing, training and erection/assembly, repair/regeneration of conveyor belts and plant construction are included in the range.
